Berry Shake
This is a new fav of mine… a quick pick me up or breakfast shake.
Ingredients
- frozen mixed berries - 2/3 cp
- vanilla almond milk - 1 cp
- plain greek yoghurt - 1/2 cp
- spinach - 1 cp
- chia seeds - 1 tbs
- powder - 1 scoop
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, use a hand blender to break up the berries and blend until smooth; if too think, you can add ice cubes to crush and blend, or more milk. Enjoy!
