Boneless Chicken Wings
These are a great, light snack or pair with your favourite veggies for a meal! Made with my ActiFry, but you can bake these as well if you prefer – just flip half way, and you may need to spray the chicken with extra light olive oil spray to crisp them.
Ingredients
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 2, cut into approx 1
- eggs - 2, beaten
- rice flour - 1/2 cp
- sea salt - 1 tsp
- cracked black pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- crushed red pepper flakes - 1/4 tsp
- olive oil - 1/2 tbs
Instructions
- Place eggs in one bowl, and the flour and spices into another
- Dredge the pieces of chicken through the flour, then egg, and back through the flour a second time
- Place pieces into the ActiFry; drizzle olive oil over chicken
- Cook for approx 25 minutes until the largest piece is cooked through
- Toss in hot sauce, or simply pair with your favourite dipping sauce. Here are some ideas: Avocado Ranch Dip, Honey Mustard Dip, Paprika Aioli
