Instructions
- Drain the pineapple chunks; add canola oil and mix until pineapple are coated
- Place the pineapple on an indoor grill (if you do not have an indoor grill you can also BBQ the pineapple chunks by placing them on tin foil and placing them on a BBQ, or - again with foil - broil them in the oven on 500 degrees); the pineapple will be done when you start to see grill lines (you will not get grill lines in the oven)
- Meanwhile, mix yogurt, honey and lemon juice together in a bowl
- When the pineapple is grilled (about 15 minutes), add to the yogurt mixture along with the apple and strawberries; mix until covered
- Serve over a fresh bed of mixed greens; sprinkle with pecans
