Honey Mustard Chicken

Instructions
- Heat the over to 375 degrees
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan, sprinle with salt and pepper, and drizzle wil olive oil
- In a bowl, blend honey, mustard, basil and paprika; pour over chicken
- Bake 1 hour until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
- Place the mustard sauce in a clean saucepan and bring to a slow boil; add butter, one piece at a time until melted
- Thicken with cornstarch+water; drizzle over chicken, sprinkle with parsley and serve
