Prosciutto Pizza

Instructions
- Make your own pizz dough
- Lightly oil your pizza dough with olive oil
- Evenly spread the pizza sauce
- Add garlic and onion
- Add the following - not too many, just enough to have a piece with each bite
- Salami
- Prosciutto - I add mine is chucks rather than laid flat, so give the pizza a bit of texture
- sliced mozza
- green pepper and spinach
- sundried tomatoes
- olives
- Sprinkle pepper and drizzle more olive oil - do not add salt as the prosciutto is generally a saltier meat
- Bake 375 until pizza crust has browned
