Salmon Rolls

Instructions
- Prepare all of the elements and roll!
- Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a bamboo mat or a moist dish towel (see Dynamite Rolls for rolling instruction)
- Use moist fingers to spread and press a thin layer of sticky rice over the nori sheet; sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Flip the sheet over (this is optional... I have done it here with both the outside AND inside the roll - whichever you prefer) and add a very thin line of dynamite sauce across the first third
- Top with shredded salmon, spinach and goat cheese
- Gently begin rolling over the filling until you have the roll complete
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with Maple Soy Sauce and Dynamite Sauce for dipping
