- 4 cp all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp dry active yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 cp very warm water
- Place all ingredients in a bowl together and mix by hand until flour is absorbed. Dough will be rough.
- Tightly cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place to rise for 90 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- On a flour-dusted surface, form dough into a ball, and place on parchment paper in the bottom of your baking pan. Cover with the lid and let rise 30 minutes.
- Remove the cover and gently score the top of loaf to allow for additional rise during baking.
- Bake 30 minutes covered, and then uncovered 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool 1 hour.
