• 4 cp all-purpose flour

  • 2 1/4 tsp dry active yeast

  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 2 cp very warm water

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl together and mix by hand until flour is absorbed. Dough will be rough.
  2. Tightly cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place to rise for 90 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. On a flour-dusted surface, form dough into a ball, and place on parchment paper in the bottom of your baking pan. Cover with the lid and let rise 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the cover and gently score the top of loaf to allow for additional rise during baking.
  6. Bake 30 minutes covered, and then uncovered 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool 1 hour.
