- 3 full pieces of bacon, chopped
 - 2-3 cp of chopped Brussel sprouts
 - 2 gloves coarsely chopped garlic
 - 1/2 cp white cooking wine (or apple juice)
 - 1/2 cp finely shredded parmesan choose
 - 2 tbs evoo
 - Sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste
 

- Heat a cast iron pan and add olive oil
 - Add chopped garlic and Brussel sprouts, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sauté on medium
 - heat until the garlic and edges of the sprouts have browned
 - Add wine (or apple juice) and continue to cook until the wine has reduced entirely
 - Sprinkle sprouts with parmesan and serve
