Cheesy Mushroom Dip
Ingredients
- cherry tomatoes - 2 cps, chopped and drained
- garlic - 2 cloves, crushed
- red onion - 1/4 cp, finely chopped
- mushrooms - 1 1/2 cups, finely chopped
- mascarpone cheese - 2 tbs
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- sea salt - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 1 tbs
- goat cheese - 1/2 cp
Instructions
- Finely chop together onion, garlic and tomatoes; partially puree if possible
- In a skillet, heat oil and add mushrooms until tender; add soy sauce
- Remove from heat and add mascarpone cheese
- In a small baking dish, layer tomatoe mix, mushrooms, and top with goat cheese
- Bake 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until bubbling
Naan Bread As Shown
1 large piece of naan bread, cut into pieces; add a small layer of butter and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 350 until cheese is melted.
