Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Instructions
- Place a small pot of water on the stove; place a stainless steel bowl on top of the pot and bring to a boil
- Add the dark chocolate pieces to the bowl and melt; add in canola oil and mix together
- Line a baking sheet oor plate with waxed paper or foil
- Dip the cleaned and dried strawberries in the chocolate and place on the baking sheet
- Cool at room temperature and then place in the fridge to completely set
- To top with white chocolate:
- Place a few white chocolate chips (about a 1/4 cp) in a plastic baggie and melt in the microwave until chocolate is soft
- Snip a very small corner out of the bottom of the baggie and slowly squeeze the chocolate out as if it were a piping bag
- Allow to cool
