Glazed Pork

Instructions
- Preheat over to 400 degrees
- Dust each side of porkchop with salt and pepper and rosemary
- Heat olive oil in a skillet until it swirls around easily; add 1 tbs butter and pork chops
- Cook pork chops 3 minutes and turn to cook 1 more minute; then put chops and all juices from the skillet into a roasting pan and place in the over to cook for an additional 12-15 minutes
- Meanwhile, add wine to skillet and deglaze the drippings using a wooden spoon; add capers
- Add bbq sauce and simmer until thickened to cover a spoon; taste. If necessary, add additional sea salt and pepper
- Add 1 tbs butter (split into pieces), one piece at a time, until melted
- Add cooked pork chops to the sauce and coat; serve over a bed of rice with vegetables; garnish with chives
