Protein Pudding
A great little snack to boost your protein.
Ingredients
- fat free jello chocolate pudding - 1 packet of
- unsweetened vanilla almond milk - 1 2/3 cp
- chocolate protein powder - 2 scoops
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together and divide into 4 serving dishes; serve when set. You can boost this even more with a dollop of low fat cottage cheese and a few berries.
