• 3 full pieces of bacon, chopped

  • 2-3 cp of chopped Brussel sprouts

  • 2 gloves coarsely chopped garlic

  • 1/2 cp white cooking wine (or apple juice)

  • 1/2 cp finely shredded parmesan choose

  • 2 tbs evoo

  • Sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste

  1. Heat a cast iron pan and add olive oil
  2. Add chopped garlic and Brussel sprouts, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sauté on medium
    heat until the garlic and edges of the sprouts have browned
  3. Add wine (or apple juice) and continue to cook until the wine has reduced entirely
  4. Sprinkle sprouts with parmesan and serve
