Sushi Bazooka Shape Tube

I love sushi rolls! But of the cooked-meat variety lol. Does that still even count as sushi? Regardless, I love them. My favs include dynamite rolls, California rolls, salmon rolls… yum.

And they’re not difficult to make at all, but rolling can sometimes be a pain. I’ve tried it with the sushi mats, and damp tea towels, and the tea towels work for me on nori-sheet-out rolls, but it’s always tricky.

Enter this bad boy! I have a couple of these gadgets that I love, and this is one of them. Especially excellent for rice-out rolls.
