Yam Fries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Cut the tips off of the yam
- Slice it into fries; place in a bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil (just enough to coat the fries when tossed - not too much)
- Season with sea salt to taste
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until soft through (not mushy)
- Take out of oven and toss in a bowl with a small amount of seasoning salt
- Serve with basil mayo dip.
