Creamy Cucumber Horseradish Sauce
Simple and easy sauce to add to your basic grilled white fish.
Ingredients
- cucumber - 1/2 cp finely chopped
- olive oil mayo - 1/3 cp
- prepared white horseradish - 1.5 tbs
- parsley - 1 tbs finely chopped
- chives - 1 tbs finely chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and season with sea salt and pepper.
