Homemade Tartar Sauce
Another simple and yet packed-with-flavour white fish sauce!
Ingredients
- olive oil mayo - 2/3 cp
- pickle - 1 small - chopped
- parsley - 1 sprigs
- lemon juice - 1/2 tbs
- worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a small food processor and pulse for approx 10 seconds (do not over pulse or mix will become smooth); chill for up to an hour before serving
