Whipped Potatoes

Instructions
- Heat a large pot of water to boiling; add sea salt
- Add diced potatoes and cook until soft
- Meanwhile, heat cream and butter in a saucepan on the stove until butter is melted
- Drain and return to the hot pot, cover and let set 3-4 minutes
- Place potatoes into a bowl and whip with a hand mixture, slowly adding the melted butter/cream mixture until completely smooth
- Add sea salt to taste, a small amount of white pepper and nutmeg, continually testing and adding until you've reached the desired taste
