Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Make your pizza dough
- Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over each pizza shell and spread evenly
- Mix together BBQ sauce, pizza sauce and honey; spoon evenly over each shell
- Carmelize the diced onion in a sauce pan (in margarine until browned); sprinkle over pizza shells
- Add minced garlic and mushrooms over each shell
- Place slices of salami over each shell - not too much, but enough so that you have a little in each bite
- Thinly slice the mozza cheese and place it evenly over the pizza (it doesn't need to cover the whole pizza - just enough so that you have a bit of cheese in each bite)
- In the same pan as the onion, brown the ham and red pepper together with a drizzle of olive oil - just enough to slightly brown; divide over the two pizzas and spread evenly
- Top with pineapple tidbits and shredded spinach
- Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil and sprinkle a small amount of sea salt and cracked black pepper
- Bake at 375 until all the cheese has melted and has started to brown (approx 10-15 minutes)
