Oreo Fudge
The original of this recipe called for 1 1/2 cp additional sugar – which I totally omitted… Amazingly, it’s still fabulous, and the white chocolate taste is not overpowered. You definitely need to cut this one into small bites to serve!
Ingredients
- unsalted butter - 6 tbs
- evaporated milk - 1/3 cp
- white chocolate chips - 1 cp
- marshmallow fluff - 1 cp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- coarse oreo crumbs - 1 cp (I just took oreo cookies and broke them into small pieces - not too fine)
- chopped oreo cookie pieces - 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a saucepan, melt together butter and milk, and allow to boil on low for about 3 minutes, stirring often (it will boil very quickly!)
- Add chocolate, vanilla and marshmallow fluff until completely mixed together
- Add Oreo crumbs and stir
- Spoon the mixture onto the parchment paper and spread until about 1/4″ thick roughly
- the remainder of the chopped Oreo pieces and sprinkle them on top, pushing them into the fudge slightly to hold
- Chill, cut small and serve
