Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- small red potatoes - 1 lb (quartered)
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- crushed rosemary - sprinkle
- dehydrated chives - sprinkle
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Steam the potatoes (already cut into quarters) for 30 minutes
- Toss the potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, rosemary and salt & pepper
- Place on a foil-lined (sprayed with no-stick spray) and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are crisp
- Serve with a dollop of light sour cream and sprinkled with dehydrated chives or parsley
