Butter Tarts
These can be tricky to remove from the muffin pan. Let cool completely before trying to remove, and then slowly twist each one until they free themselves from the pan. If you want an easier way, use Tenderflake Tart Shells - they come in miniature foil tin cups.
Ingredients
- 12 unbaked tart shells
- brown sugar - 1 cp
- butter - 3/4 cp melted
- egg - 1 beaten
- milk - 2 tbs
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- raisons - to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together (except shells)
- Pour into shells
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
