Choco-Monkey Shake
Hmmm yummy breakfast shake ;o)
Ingredients
- water
- cocoa powder - 1 tbs
- nut butter - 1 tbs (peanut, almond, cashew, etc.)
- chocolate protein powder - 2 scoops (40 g)
- banana - 1
Instructions
- Place water in the blender first, and then the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend on low then high till well blended.
