Chocolate Fruit Dip
A super simple chocolate, cream cheese fruit dip that a girlfriend shared with me. Her recipe came from Cooking Classy. Fantastic share!!
the original recipe called for doing things in steps, but I didn't read that part when I did it, and just threw everything in at once and blended on high. Worked like a charm!
Ingredients
- whipping cream - 1 cp
- icing sugar - 1 cp
- light cream cheese - 1 x 8oz block, softened
- organic cocoa powder - 1/3 cp
- pure vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Start with a softened block of cream cheese - not melted, but just left on the counter for a while to soften
- Add all ingredients to a chilled bowl, and using chilled beaters, start whipping it all together under creamy smooth!
- Keep chilled and serve with fruit if desired
