Hoisin BBQ Pork Kabobs
A very lean and quick BBQ favourite! Serve with grilled veggies and sticky rice.
Ingredients
- pork tenderloin - 1 lb
- hoisin sauce - 1/4 cp (found in the asian foods aisle)
- ginger - 1 tbs minced
- garlic - 1 tbs minced
- white wine - 1 tbs
- sriracha sauce - 1 tsp
- dark brown sugar - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Cut tenderloin into bite sized chunks; skewer (remember to soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use)
- Blend all remaining ingredients together in a bowl
- Place the pork on the BBQ or grill; after first flip, baste each side with sauce until the sauce is gone
- Cook through; sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired before serving with rice, veggies or your favourite sides
