Pappardelle & Sausage Marinara

Instructions
- Heat marinara sauce until it starts to bubble
- Take the sausages, and separate pieces out of the casings into small 'meat ball' chunks (I like to do 8 pieces per link - smaller pieces cook quicker); cook sausages in the marinara sauce
- Add chicken stock and cook until sausages are cooked through and sauce is thickened
- Roll the basil leaves and chop; add to the mix
- Add pasta to sauce, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and heat together for approximately 5 minutes
- Serve with sprinkled parsley and Parmesan cheese, or feta cheese, if desired
