Portabella Mushroom Burgers
Another hats-off to my bestie Tanisha for this one! Lotsa flava' for such a simple recipe.
Mix together vinegar, oil, spices together and place in a large Ziploc baggie with mushrooms caps; mix them up so that the mushrooms are covered, and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Spray a non-stick pan with olive oil cooking spray. Place mushrooms in, top side down and cook for approx 8 minutes.
Flip and place a slice of havarti cheese on the top side. Let it melt for 5 minutes.
Remove from the pan, and stack on a warmed whole grain bun with tomato, cucumber, red onion and lettuce. Serve hot.

I am including the container values for my own reference (and anyone else wanting to do this)... but keep in mind, these are my recipes and not provided by or approved by or associated with, or anything else 'with', the 21 Day Fix. In fact, it may be a little generous at times, or ingredients may be different based on what we like to eat. It's meant to be a guide.
