Tuna Salad Wrap
A delicious little lunch or snack wrap! Make filling in advance to use when needed.
Ingredients
- tuna - 1 can, albacore
- olive oil mayo - 1 tbs
- onions - ¼ cp chopped
- cucumber - ¼ cp chopped
- avocado - ½ mashed
- spinach - 2 large handfuls
- whole grain wrap - 1
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix tuna, mayo, onions, cucumber and avocado
- Lay spinach on top of wrap
- Spoon tuna salad onto spinach
- Salt & pepper to taste; wrap tightly and serve with a plum
