Banana Split Shake
Another delicious creation from the breakfast blender! Put everything into your blender at once, and mix until blended. Add more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.
Ingredients
- frozen pineapple chunks - 1/2 cp
- frozen mango chunks - 1/2 cp
- banana - 1
- spinach - 1 cp
- chia - 1 tbs
- hemp hearts - 1 tbs
- low carb protein powder - 2 scoops
- coconut milk - 1.5 cp
- coconut water - 1/2 cp
