Mixed Berry Frozen Yoghurt
I’m constantly looking for a healthy snack to have in the evenings… but this one was born out of my love for frozen yoghurt, and a pending sore throat (you know when you can just feel it coming on?)…
Ingredients
- frozen mixed berries - 2 cp
- 0% plain greek yoghurt - 1/4 cp
- organic honey - 1.5 tbs
- lemon juice - 1/2 tbs
- unsweetened vanilla almond milk - optional, 3 tbs
Instructions
- Throw all ingredients except the almond milk into a food processor; blend
- Add almond milk to soften the consistency if you need it
- Put into the freezer for 30 minutes
