Brussels Sprouts
It’s tough to find a good way to eat these little guys sometimes, but this recipe roasts them to perfection! Adjust the recipe amounts to accommodate how many people you are serving. The Brussels Sprout pieces will shrink/shrivel a bit while baking so I would allow about 1/2 cup of uncooked chopped sprouts per person.
Ingredients
- brussel sprout - (I used frozen ones as these will cook faster and be softer)
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Toss thawed Brussels sprouts in a bowl with salt, pepper and drizzled olive oil (enough to coat)
- Place in a roasting pan and roast for approx 30 minutes, stirring half way through to cook evenly
