Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- artichoke hearts - 1 jar, drained, finely chopped
- fresh spinach - 2 cp chopped
- light Parmesan - 3/4 cup, grated
- olive oil mayo - 3/4 cup
- mozzarella - 1/2 cup shredded
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients; spoon into small baking dish.
- Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies for dipping.
