Dijon Mushrooms
If you like mushrooms, then this quick and easy way to prepare them with have you asking for more!
Ingredients
- your favourite mushrooms - 2 cp
- olive oil - 1 tbs plus more to drizzle
- dijon mustard - 1 tbs
- low sodium beef broth - 1/4 cp
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add your cleaned mushrooms
- Cook on medium until the mushrooms have begun to soften
- Add beef broth to the pan and cook until almost completely reduced
- mustard to the pan and toss with salt and pepper; allow to cook for a minute or two more – you don’t want the mushrooms to be dry
- Serve hot
