Mustard Green Beans
I just LOVE finding new ways to dress up veggies! Makes it easier to keep them getting into the plate ;o)
Ingredients
- string beans - 4 oz (tips removed)
- butter - 1 tbs
- dijon mustard - 2 tbs
- white wine - 2 tbs
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Boil the beans for approximately 4 minutes; drain
- Melt the butter in a pan, and blend in the mustard
- Saute the beans in the sauce for a few minutes
- Add wine and allow to simmer until wine reduces
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve
