Slow Cooker Pork Loin Roast
The perfect set-it-and-forget-it meal! Get started in the morning – done by dinner… I strongly recommend that you use a pork tenderloin, however. I tried it once with just a cheaper pork roast and for some reason, the meat was just drier. With the tenderloin, you end up with a juicy, succulent meat!
As an added bonus, you can use the juice from the slowcooker and a pack of Club House Demi Glace mix to make an amazing sauce! Serve it with some whipped potatoes and broccolini and you've got an easy, delicious meal 🙂
Ingredients
- pork loin tenderloin roast - for 2 (free range if possible)
- pineapple juice - 1.5 cup
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1 tbs
- rosemary - sprinkle
- sea salt
Instructions
- Clean pork loin and place into a slow cooker; sprinkle with salt
- In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients (except rosemary) and pour into slow cooker over pork
- Sprinkle rosemary over meat
- Slow cook for 7-8 hours; serve hot
