Tropical Awesomeness
A great shake with tons of goodness… breakfast or snack…
Ingredients
- unsweetened vanilla almond milk - 12 oz
- vanilla protein powder - 2 scoops
- spinach - 1 cp
- banana - 1 small
- frozen mango chunks - ½ cp
- frozen pineapple chunks - ½ cp
- chia seeds - 1 tbs
- extra virgin coconut oil - 1 tbs
- ice cubes - 5-6
Instructions
- A couple of hours before, chop up your mango and pineapple and lie flat in baggies. Pop in the freezer so the pieces do not freeze together (or you can cheat and buy the stuff in your grocer's freezer isle ;o)
- Put in a blender until smooth
