Veggie Skewer
So quick and easy to toss and add to the BBQ or grill! Simply adjust the amount of veggies that you use to the amount of people that you are serving.
Ingredients
- veggies for grilling - zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, shallots
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
- garlic powder
- extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Clean and chop your veggies into bite-sized pieces
- Toss in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic and drizzled extra virgin olive oil
- Skewer onto metal sticks (if using wooden sticks, ensure to soak them 30 minutes in water first)
- Add to the grill and cook until softened through
