Zucchini Fingers
A quick little snack of garlic-y goodness!
Ingredients
- zucchini - 1 medium (approx 2 cps)
- garlic powder
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
- extra virgin olive oil - to drizzle
- shredded lite parmesan - 2 tbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Cut zucchini into finger shapes
- Toss in a bowl with the remainder of ingredients
- Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with Olive Oil Pam
- Lay zucchini fingers out and bake until cooked and slightly crispy
